Description & Applications:  Gamma terpinene synthetic is isomerized from pinene, natural gamma terpinene is isolated from essential oil. Gamma terpinene has a characteristic lemon odor and pleasant citrus taste, it is widely used in flavors and fragrances mainly for the reconstitution and extension of citrus oil.
